General products
When you think Votoms merch, the Armored Troopers jump right to the top as the most obvious products, whether they be toys or model kits. But there’s plenty more gas in the tank, as this wide variety of goods will demonstrate. All of these were released after the year 2000. See a similar collection of vintage products here. Comparing the two will reveal that the merch matured to meet the needs of the same aging generation.

T-shirts, Cospa (they made a LOT)
The slogan on this shirt says “Lowest of the Low” or “Scum of the Earth,” indicative of people at the bottom of society. (Which was a secondary meaning for the show title.)
The shirt at right has a special story…
I bought this one in my first trip to Japan in 2007, at a Cospa store in Akihabara. As I read the English text, I came to an amazing revelation: I wrote this exact text for the Votoms role-playing game by R. Talsorian. I have no idea how that book found its way into the hands of an apparel designer, or how they zeroed in on exactly the right text for this shirt, but I was incredibly proud to see it on official merch.
