18 Hours of Fierce Fighting!
Brody: “It’s too small…this boat is far too small.”
Hooper: “It’s 6 meters long!!”
Quint: “8 meters to be precise. 3 tons!!”
Quint recounts the Indianapolis incident without naming what ship he was on (though he does admit it was sunk by a Japanese submarine). He closes with, “In the decades since then, I’ve lived for chasing sharks.”
“Shark eyes…are pitch black and gloomy…like glass beads.”
Barrels come up on either side of the ship.
Quint: “He’s right below us! Grab onto something!!”
Brody: “Laugh, damn it!”
Brody: “Somehow…I think I’m going to love the sea.”
