Perfect V Collection

The complete TV series was first released in the Perfect Collection LD set, seen on the Box Sets page. Six months later (May 1991), it was released in an omnibus VHS set.

Woodo, Kumman, and Quent were each composed of 4 tapes and Sunsa took 3 (with a spacer). They were available in four separate sets or together in a single box.

Box art was by Animation Director Moriyasu Taniguchi. All volumes in a set used the same box art.

13-volume VHS set

The next complete VHS release came exactly five years later from Youmex.

Three volumes were released in May 1996, then two per month through October.

Each volume contained four episodes, and the jackets reused art from the Complete Collection LD sets.

13-volume DVD set

The series made its first jump to DVD in the Memorial Box set (Feb 2005), then these individual volumes were released in quick succession, four volumes in October 2006 then three per month to conclude in January 2007. This was the last time the series was sold in single-volume form. New jacket art was by Naochika Morishita; see his work in a dedicated gallery here.
