2000AD Progs 1401-1500
After the tumult of the 90s and the subsequent rescue by Rebellion, the patient made a complete recovery and returned to full strength. From then on, the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic was back at the top of its game with a continually renewable resource of classic characters, freshened up by new ideas and high-octane artwork. The cover price only went up 15p during these two years, from £1.60 to £1.75. It’s worth noting that there were also no logo or format changes during this period, which is a sure sign of self-confidence, and they earned it.
